My name is Norris L. Campbell, and I am the founder of Do The Right Thing Ministry (DTRTM)

DTRTM was born out of a burden God placed on my heart—especially for our youth and communities in Jamaica. Over the years, I have witnessed too many young lives drift toward crime, violence, and hopelessness, not because they lack talent or potential, but because they lack guidance, opportunity, and positive role models.

I believe with all my heart that faith and sports together can change lives. Faith builds character, values, and purpose. Sports build discipline, teamwork, confidence, and respect. When these two are united under Christ, they become powerful tools for transformation.

Through DTRTM, my mission is simple: to empower lives and uplift communities. Whether through sponsoring sports clubs, hosting community events, organizing gospel outreach, or mentoring young people, everything we do is rooted in love, service, and obedience to God's calling.

This ministry is not about me—it is about doing the right thing in a world that often chooses the wrong path. It is about showing young people that there is another way, a better way, a Christ-centered way.

My prayer is that DTRTM will continue to grow into a beacon of hope—a place where faith is strengthened, talents are nurtured, families are united, and communities are restored. With God's help and the support of faithful partners, we are committed to building a legacy that impacts generations to come.
